PAYMENT POLICY
How to order in bobodave?
1. Put the products in the shopping cart>>> Check out>>>Choose " international shipping " if your order is to be sent outside Hong Kong, fill in the shipping address ( please check it carefully)> choose "Paypal" as payment method (if you would like to use credit cards to pay the bill.>>> click checkout confirmation.
2. Please write your shipping address in paypal while you are paying through paypal. We will cancel the order if the shipping address is not the same as paypal's.
3. You will receive an email to confirm the products you have paid and bobodave will send out the shipping bill to your email ( if your products are not labelled as "free shipping")
4. All orders cannot be cancellation or refunded unless the products are out of stock. 30% administration charge will be charged for cancellation.
Please check carefully before paying the order. After you have paid the bill, you have agreed the policy.
All payment is final
We send the products internationally. We can deliver the order locally ( within Hong Kong) or outside Hong Kong
For Local buyers (transaction done in Hong Kong )
*if oversea customers have a trip to Hong Kong, we can have face to face trade in Hong Kong to save the shipping cost**
We accept 3 types of payment for local buyers.
1. Cash ( Only for face to face trade)
>>>For face to face trade at MTR , we accept cash only. No cheque or else.
>>>Mobile phone number must be given before we meet
>>> If confirmed trading date needs to be changed, please contact us at least two hours before the schedule time.

2. By ATM or Bank Transfer (for reciving the order by mail or courier)
For the order which is to be received by mail or courier, buyers must transfer money to our bank account first. Buyers can transfer by either ATM or online ebanking or bank.
The banks we accept are Hong Kong Bank, Hang Seng Bank or Bank of China . Please complete the payment within two working days because stocks are limited,. We only keep stock for two days. We don't guarantee the availability of the stock if the payment is delayed.
The information of our bank Account numbers will be sent through email ( in the email of order confirmation which is sent after the order is placed)
After the payment, please email us the time and the name of the bank which you have transferred your money to,so as your order number and your shipping address.
3. By Paypal (4% service charge if pay in HK dollars, no service charge if pay in usd)

2. Telegraphic Transfer
We accept Telegraphic Transfer. Payment can be transferred from oversea banks to our bank accounts in Hong Kong.
Please note that your bank will collect transfer fee for using this service. Please check before using this payment.
3. Western union
We accept western union. It is fast and convenient. Customers don't need to have a credit card to pay the bill.
Customers have to pay the service charge of western union by themselves.
